1. Products
Our bows are handmade. Small differences in size, shape, knot and ribbon shade from the photos are normal and are not defects. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
2. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
- Cash on Delivery is offered at our discretion and may require phone confirmation. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may lead to COD being disabled for your number or address.
- We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
3. Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or message. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if stock is unavailable or the order looks fraudulent; any payment will be refunded in full.

5. Safety
Bows contain small parts and clips. Kids’ bows should be used under adult supervision and are not suitable for children under 3 years.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
